Within hours of my initial enquiry Chris had visited, measured up, shown us samples and provided us with a quote.  We ordered next day for installation within the week.  The boys turned up on time and got on with the job without any hesitation.  They were cheerful and very professional at all times.  They helped us move stuff and did a few extras that they needn't have.

Within a week of hearing the advert on radio and contacting them, Chris had been out to us armed with samples, measured up our four bedrooms, quoted us a very good price then arrived to do an excellent fit a few days later.

Unbelievably impressed with the job - We had held off on the flooring as we thought it would be too expensive at the time, but heard the Radio Ad & called for a quote anyway. Chris came over (very quickly!) and at the price he quoted we couldn't say no. We were expecting to pay near enough double for the job. Just to say a huge thank you for my gorgeous new stair and hall carpet...Oh and not to mention your patience on my decision making. I have to be the most indecisive person I know and i commend you on your help...sample after sample...delivered to my front door I hasten to add!!! The final result is an absolutely show stopping carpet and I've yet to have a visitor who doesn't comment on how fantastic and unusual the carpet is...the silver flecks in contrast with the jet black almost look like twinkling lights!!!! Wow!! Not only that there was quite a bit left over and in all honesty I would have just disposed of it and Chris suggested I have a rug made....So not only a fab stair carpet but a funky lounge rug too!!! Double bonus!!!

"We had a carpet crisis following some unsuitable decisions by ourselves and a furniture store salesman selling us the carpet that profited him most, fitted by their contract fitters working on a shoestring budget.
Chris came 30 miles in his van and as the fitter advised us carefully and patiently on our purchase: there was no pressure to buy. The work (which included moving furniture & lifting the old carpet) was done quickly & efficiently; including a carpenter attending within 2 hours to ease some doors.
This was an enjoyable experience, where we had feared a nightmare,   the end result pleases us no end".

I'd like to say a huge thanks to 2012 Flooring for a fantastic job. The service was outstanding - the lads were prompt and I am absolutely thrilled with my new carpets. It certainly wasn't the easiest of jobs as they had to move a great deal of very large, awkward wood furniture and in some cases they even had to take the furniture apart & put it back together. Moving all the furniture & then fitting carpet to stairs, landing and 4 bedrooms only took 5h, so not only were they very efficient, but also completed the job to perfection and all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend 2012 flooring to anyone considering new carpets.
